TRAVEL TO UPPSALA

By Air: The closest international airport to Uppsala is Stockholm, Arlanda (ARN).

Distance from/to the airport: Arlanda airport: 36 km. There are buses and direct train, with departures from SkyCity, between the airport and Uppsala and the journey takes 18 minutes by train (Arlanda express) (295 SEK), by train (Pendeltåg 299 SEK) and 45 minutes by bus number 801 and 806 to Uppsala (128 SEK). A taxi (Uppsala taxi) costs approximately 470 - 520 SEK, (25 min), be sure to get a fixed price.

By Rail: Uppsala Central station is located on the main railway line going North from Stockholm, Swedish Railways (SJ) and regional rail lines serve the station.

Good if you come to Uppsala already on November 5th, the program will start around 09.00 on November 6th. (Further information regarding registration and the program will be provided soon)
